2. CONTEST (v13-30)
a) Sources: who can you trust? Jesus’ knowledge and their ignorance v14. Their judgements – human v15, 7:24
b) Sin: they will die in sin v21/sins v24. They were of this world v23. Would they believe v24?
3. CONSISTENCY (v31-41)
a) Remaining v31: consistency through obedience to His Word 1 Sam 15:24; Jn 14: 21,23; 15:10.
b) Rebellion: No room for His Word v37
Confusion: v39,41; two claims about their father – both wrong
