Arrogant – Quick-tempered – Drunkards – Violent – Greedy
2. Leaders must be:

Hospitable – Lovers of Good – Self-controlled – Upright – Holy – Disciplined
3. Leaders are tasked with:

Holding Firm and Holding Forth the Trustworthy Word
4. How can we avoid or close the gap?

Behave like the family we’ve been called to be
-
Grow in and Live out godly characteristics
-
Banish man-made hierarchies
-
Pray with and Honour one another (Hebs.13)

Focus on Jesus – the Author of Salvation and Perfector of Faith
5. Leader-Follower Dynamic

Good leaders should be: Trustworthy, Honest, Committed, Innovative, Competent, Courageous, Take initiatives
